Account & billing: your email and subscription status. Payments are processed
by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Creative briefs: the text you submit to generate a song, kept as part of the
track's creative record.
Generated tracks: vaulted for your plan's retention window (30/90 days), then
deleted. The track's SHA-256 fingerprint is published permanently in our public registry —
the fingerprint identifies the file, not you.
Basic logs: standard technical logs for keeping the service running.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, run ads, or use your briefs or tracks to train models. Your
generated music is yours; we don't reuse it for other customers.
Who touches your data
Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and our music-generation provider (your brief and
lyrics are transmitted to generate your track). Each processes only what's needed for their
function.
Your choices
Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Email us to request deletion of your account
data — everything is removed except the public fingerprints, which contain no personal
information.
